I stopped buying shirts when they started changing them every year but couldn’t help myself now and bought one straight away. Great knowing I’m giving to charity by buying an Albion shirt. The message makes the shirt timeless and it’s nice not being a walking advert.

I have not bought a replica shirt for about for 20 years. I want to buy one of the NHS shirts, but I am not sure weather to buy a medium or a large. Do the sizes come up small or are they more generous these days?

Why do people still reply to Goldstone?

Proven himself time and time again to either be a very thick racist, homophobic attention seeking bellend or a wind-up. Either way, one of the few posters this site would be better off without.
I do wonder if Beach Seagull is his second account where he actually gets involved in arguments rather than posting this stuff and then running away.

Can we please stop all this NHS stuff. NHS this, NHS that. There are other things happening in the world … although not many.

I was waiting to cross the road a couple of days back an Ambulance was coming past I felt the need to stand smile and clap as it drove past the driver smiled and waved in return.

I feel uncomfortable every time I leave the house what must it be like attending a medical emergency in the full knowledge that the individual you are about to attend has a50% chance of having Covid19 hopefully your actions will save their life and save yet another family from having to deal with yet another a tragedy.

while the NHS staff are putting their own lives into mortal danger day after day, yesterday I was listening to the radio a nurse was being interviewed she was saying her son had moved in with other family as she was concerned of the risk of bringing the virus home her concerns as a single mother were how would she be able to care for a child if she was unwell

I'm happy to continue supporting the NHS now and after this pandemic is a horrible distant memory

Anyone else open this thread in the hope of seeing an Albion shirt with some sort of rainbow detailing?

A big ask given Nike's processes, I appreciate, but something like a single rainbow stripe down the middle would be immense.

I asked the club if they have any of the Pride multicoloured names/numbers left. Alas, they do not.

I don't mind the clapping, it's all the pot banging, car honking and even more irritating, peoples house alarms going off at exactly 8pm ???

Last Thursday I used an old school bell to ring out my appreciation - then my bell end fell off as it was a bit rusty. I tried to re-attach it but to no avail. Advice anyone?

Just bought mine, what a great tribute to the NHS from our increasingly fantastic club. I'm SO proud! Sadly I've always had 2XL shirts and have ordered same. Will it accommodate the extra 6 kilos I seem to have gained?

Sounds like you need a new clapper.

To be honest, you should probably have been a clapper outside last Thursday rather than a bell ringer, however much it rings your bell.

Then you could have clapped out rather than the bell.

Done my bit and bought an XL jobbie. Hopefully the size should be okay as Mrs.Punal is now dedicated to baking a cake everyday and yours truly has to eat them - talk about her being a “feeder”!

Anyway, I’m absolutely chuffed to help the NHS with this - and well done the club for this initiative.

I'd like to put my misses name on the back, I think others might like to put the name of someone they know in the NHS too. I wonder if this can be made possible

I was wondering what to have on the back. A couple sprung to mind - Doctor’s Orders and 99, NHS and 48.

I think your appreciation of your missus is wonderful - perhaps Nurse ——— (your wife’s name and age)? :clap2:

Was going to say, he's been doing it for years.

Ordered one as well... in the days when we used to be able to go on hols, sometimes I wore a BHA variant top (e.g. training top, or for instance the volt away top) but always disliked the advertising across the front. This is perfect - and with all profits going to the charities, it's a no-brainer.

Goldstone really would have needed the NHS if a rainbow stripe had been added....

I hope you never need to find out. My experience is of people prepared to go the extra mile for strangers and with a smile on their face and encouraging words. I have needed them quite extensively recently and couldn’t speak more highly of every single NHS worker I encountered. You should be comforted by other people’s positive experiences. In my opinion there is no better shirt the Albion could have produced.
