I like it......not the biggest fan of the "love you" song (understatement of the year ! ) but this is passionate, and will sound great even when everyone's pissed up !!! Just need to keep the lyrics simple so it has a chance to catch on.

I'm not usually too bothered on the song front at football matches but even I think this COULD be something special if we could get it going. And like I said before this is gonna take a long while before it really catches on, well worth persevering with imo.

OK - draft video 2 (from various feedback)
its now effectively 2 verses from 3 (first is almost same as 1 of main verses)
couple of word changes so it fits better phonetically........ and main verse finshes on uptempo words from "show" and "know" to "sing" and "seen"
the line
"wearing our Albion shirts with pride and dignity" sung as 1 line (2 in video for word spacing) wont look like it fits exactly syallbel by syllabel with the greek version. But once you've listened a few times. sing it in English yourself and its does fit perfectly.

lyrics mainly down to pantani and twinkle toes, just the odd tweak.
being a perfectionist, just uploaded REV 3 to youtube.
changed last line only very subtly (highlighted change below from rev 2).
There is also the transition from the clapping verse 1 to the "My albion" verse 2... in the greek original there is a 2 beat pause (boom, boom) after the last word in clapping verse 1 finishes.
An additional 2 claps after end of last word "dignity" will make it work exactly the same??
If you clap to yourself that verse 1 in time as you watch youtube clip, you will notice that you will clap exactly at the end of the last word "dignity"..... if you were to add 2 more claps and then "My Albion (My Albion)" etc - if you try it whilst watching, you'll ge the drift.

It doesn't have to, its in intro phase before regular repeating pattern starts.
you won't be listening to the Greek version when you sing it.
when/if if it was sung by us and done similar, the first 2 very slow lines are done with the jazz hands. The end of the second line being same as first with big ooooooooooooo before third line which ends in smaller ooooo

I have to say this would be fantastic. Whether or not we have the organisational skills / persistence to pull it off I'm not sure.
As Mr Mendoza says though, this song would be easily ruined by going to fast. We really do not want a drum at the Amex so there needs to be another way of stopping this from happening.
