why on earth have the club left it soo late i havent got mine yet for upper east there will be some Q in the ticket office on tuesday night if the smartcards dont come by post tuesday

This, almost word for word hahaa. I didnt ask to collect just asked what was happening.. And i also went for a season ticket wallet did you spend the big bucks on the leather one or the cheap and cheerful plastic option? I must admit i thought £9.99 was a bit steep so i went for the £1.99 one

Called the ticket office again today and they said it was in the post; which is what they said last week and the week before
Guy in the office said the problem was the Builders had not confirmed seats were ready for sale yet so I am taking my deck chair on Tuesday finding my spot and watching the match in my own chair

When I was there this afternoon, the place (from the outside) was like a building site. There is still a massive whole at the back of the Southstand!!. They are gonna have to get a crack on to get it finished before Tuesday.

I do expect them to land on doormats from tomorrow but they are leaving it very very late. Bennetts Field is still a building site at the bottom. Its gonna take some shift hours to be ready. I'm Missing the first game so I hope my seat is screwed down ready for my arse by the Barnsley game.

Everybody calm down, your season ticket will arrive before Cardiff, the club has said anybody who has not got them by lunchtime 20th August ring them, then they will send them out to you right away, give them till the 20th before complaining

Erm send them right away on monday to receive when?.....I can understand some delay...but this is cutting it fine especially when the goal posts seem to be moving each week...it's not as though they cost just a fiver........on the flip side there admin has in my experience been previously very good....I won't be ringing to moan...but I will be ringing for a slightly longer conversation than being told they will be sent sometime

I don't think anyone should contact them unless/until they haven't received them by lunchtime on the 20th. They are not going to take your money and just forget about you.

I'm sure they won't have forgotten me ...but personally I'm not going to b around Monday ...or even for Tuesday's post..and don't want to b queuing at some counter before me football....like I said I won't be moaning but they will be getting a call

It does amaze me why they have left it to the 11th hour to send these out, it's jut asking for trouble. It's not as though they need to wait to see how many seats they're going to have available.

I've just emailed the club and within about 3 minutes (at 7:30 am) got the following reply.

"Your season ticket should be with you tomorrow at the latest. If you don't receive it by Monday's post, please give the ticketline a call on the below number and they will help you out."

Very impressed with the speed of response.
