We'd be doing that if there was a teeny bit of bloody sunshine, it's so annoying. Apparently winter babies are more prone to jaundice.
He had his second test today, and the bilirubin level is down, thankfully, cos he's been feeding better. Think all will be ok, though he is still a bit yellow

My daughter was put under a lamp in the special care baby unit when she got jaundice. She even had little covers over her eyes looking for all the world as though she was laying on a beach. She had that treatment for 3 days so came home with a sun tan.
It is literally like lying under a sunbed, isn't it?! Three days? Wow, that's a nice little holiday! It's amazing how that does the same as mother's breast milk in flushing out the bilirubin. Crazy stuff.
