I see that a new record was set on Friday, 12000 pies and 14000 pints of beer.
Barber is over the moon, and obviously content with that.
Makes a mockery of the thread on here about the catering on Friday.
So who is bullshitting?

I was in WSU and had no problem getting beer and pie. Granted I had to wait a couple of minutes after the game to get served but no longer than you would wait on a busy night in a pub.

Nobody is bullshitting

Some places, the service is crap, others it's not! Got to remember it was a huge crowd, plus a Friday night! More people want to get 'bang' on it, so its natural numbers will be up

No one. That's still half the attendance eating a pie. You have to wonder with the reports of queues of people waiting for hot food when they've run out, just how many they would have sold. I wouldn't mind betting that it could have been much higher than 12,000 pies.

I didn't get a pie because my park and ride bus was late, and then they had sold out in the WSU when I got to the front of the queue at 7:30

I've never had a problem in WSU, down the North Stand End, but Friday they were completely out of hot food, before kick off (about 30mins.) Strange considering WSU has never been an issue in the past.

pre match is fine, no problems, HT is a different matter in north, unless you leave during the game you dont really stand a chance of a pint or pie.
To me the answer is simple, have more than the ONE Fosters stand, have 3 of them along the concourse, and they will make more sales, thats guaranteed.

I dont know what everyone expects but if they think that 25,000 people will all be able to get a pie, burger, pint or whatever with no more than 2 mins waiting then they are going to be rather dissapointed!
