I wouldn't have a problem with Harding. He always done really well for us when we've played him in recent years!
A Saints fan I met in La Rochelle last week asked "has Hammond signed for you yet?"
Think he was just assuming we would want him back but would not come as a surprise

You don't recall him being subbed while on a yellow and virtually in tears at the Amex after Buckley turned him inside out and back to front so many times that he didn't know whether he was coming or going?
I think that was his point.

Listening to oscar last night he mentions 4 missing players, ie those that have gone, so I guess with chicksen we are looking at 3 more? Lb and 2 mf is my guess.
4-5 players need replacing according to Oscar in his interview, and detailed in the latest argus article. This is post Chicksen.
My feeling is 4 - which are a striker, a left back, and 2 ( or 3 if he really does want 5 new signings ) midfielders.
That would be incredibly wasteful. We don't NEED 4/5. I'm sure he'd like that many but realistically I only think we're a left back and a central midfielder short of a well balanced and well stocked squad

That said, if we could get rid of Harley and Hoskins, the only two players I don't see being able to contribute over a long period, then I would want them replaced. I think we need 5 central midfielders and 4 strikers, but both Harley and Hoskins have to count toward that number as they are on the wage bill.
