Well I should have gone out and bought a new PC but as I do PC Support for a job I tend to feel that I should make the effort. However I can't say I'd recommend it unless you're a masochist, especially with Vista 64 !

Tesco offer a pretty decently priced (£299) Dell Quad Core: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.204-0126.aspx
They can be purchased from the store (if in stock). It's lacking a decent graphics card if you want it for games, but for anything else it is more than sufficient.

can recommend Scan and dabs myself. try to get all part from one place even if a couple of items are cheaper elsewhere, you might lose savings through delivery charges.
