Our new kit is already our best ever selling away kit. Blimey.

Wonder how much might be down to last seasons away selling out and no stock for ages

I wonder if this is a side-effect of our constant progression over the last few years. With Ecuadorian, Zambian, Columbian, Belgian, Spanish, Argentinian and more internationals, we are becoming more well-known. The Premier League is a big deal overseas and we are clearly gaining more international fans.

15 years ago (from memory) we only had Scottish and Welsh internationals, with one Trinidad international thrown in.

So the kit isn't selling because it is nicer, it is selling because we are becoming more of a known 'brand'.

Not having a home kit to sell probably helps as well.

I think they're basing the 'record' on first-day sales, or first few days, so later stock issues not relevant.

I'm suprised the new kit is that popular.

To be honest, I was really interested to see what our kit would look like for next season but I’ve pretty much lost interest now

he was supposed to in 2002 but it all got a bit chaotic and i think he forgot

didnt the club do this before with some band from Brighton wearing it at a gig down under?

Also Fat Boy Slim basically bankrolled the club for years, and who knows there may be a press release anytime saying Kit Reveal tonight -and do a whole big thing on it. Better than that utter utter garbage that saints gave with their whole "Brave" campaign. Far better an Internationally known DJ, wearing his hometown kit, in front of thousands of his fans, it will be all over social media, and the press in minutes of him coming out in it
