Sorry mistype meant why are Nike not ready if everything is photographed etc…..

Probably the normal delay in us actually getting the stock, or enough stock to match demand. That seems to be the trend since we’ve been with Nike.

What's the difference between the two shirts? Except £30?

Not sure with these but usually Authentic is the same as the player issued shirts and have premium materials and a more 'athletic' fit. NFL shirts have been sold that way for a few years but with the replica shirt not having space for shoulder pads.

I'm sure @superhil will be able to give a more detailed answer.

Pretty much in a nutshell thedonkeycentrehalf. Player spec shirts or 'Authentic' shirts are generally made of a different fabric to the fans versions, lighter weight, and apparently better at keeping you cool, they may have vented side seams, perforated fabric panels etc. Often the team badge and manufacturers logo is a print rather than embroidered, perhaps to protect the little darlings nipples from getting chaffed form the back of the stitching. Authentic shirts also rarely have labels inside them, you know washing instructions etc, they tend to be printed on the fabric again so as not to irritate the precious millionaires as they tumble around the pitch. Macron players shirts also have the little pocket inside on the back of the collar for the GPS tracking device to slip in, much the same way as rugby players shirts do.

Oh, and also, about £30.

Fear not though, so long as we are with Nike I very much doubt we'll ever have player spec shirts, for now our talent wear the same shirts on the pitch as the fans do in the stands.

Thing is, replica football shirts around Europe, Down Under and in North America have been in the £70 - £80 bracket for some time now, and prices in Japan are eye wateringly expensive. Believe it or not, they have been cheap(er) in the UK for quite a few years, it does now look like they are coming into line with global pricing, and not in a good way for fans who wish to buy them.

This "delay" (insofar as there is one: plenty of other clubs still haven't launched theirs either): could it not be down to the Euro 2022 games? The new kit launch will demand Nike branding all over the shopfront and inside. The Amex has been completely rebranded as the Brighton & Hove Community Stadium for the tournament, and all the Nike branding taken down as (presumably) it conflicts with UEFA's sponsors.

Been thinking for a while it might be a case of getting the Amex...sorry...B&H CS games out of the way, then they're good to go.

Or, maybe it's just Nike being rubbish.

New England kit by Nike.

Why do England find the need to change their kit, seemingly every five minutes? Yet another example of a good classic kit, plain white shirt, navy shorts, white socks, being ruined. As l keep saying, it it aint broke then don't try to fix it.

The need to do it of course is triggered by greed, idiots like us, all too keen to buy the latest kit.

Nike strike again, ffs

Are their kits some sort of practical joke and nobody has actually twigged yet?

New England kit by Nike.

Bloody Hell...

Why does anyone think it's a good idea to have Nike as their kit manufacturer? They are consistently worse than everyone else.

Please, Albion, bin them off as soon as possible.

The posture of the model is awful, doesn't help the shape and is too embarrassed to show his face.
