It might have been displayed on here already but I’ve just seen the Barcelona strip and it is w a n k.

Has that same weird ‘shaping’ as the Atletico Madrid strip.

I’m resigned to the fact that our next strip is going to have that shape.

Is the Nike design team based in the US?

No wonder they don’t understand what a good football strip should look like.

Why are you resigned to it? no one has any idea what our strip is going to look like yet.

Yes - they’re based in the US and can’t see us not having that template for the coming season and will be a lot like the Inter Milan one.

I see the club are flogging all the Nike gear. When is the contract up with them? Could a new manufacturer be under embargo?

That Barcelona kit is awful. If that's the route we're going maybe that's why they were giving out the vouchers, because it's the only way they'll get rid of any quantity.

Don't they sell off the current seasons kit every year?

Pretty sure that they do. Don't they normally have a big old concourse sale to clear everything out ahead of the new season of kit, training wear, leisure wear and other associated yearly tat.

My personal view is that there have been supply issues and that we are awaiting our new kit or expected dates of it before we do anything. There has been enough doing the rounds about us keeping Hyper Turq for next year and I doubt that the club would do such a bad own goal as to say that, continue selling it and then change supplier and kit.

It feels like far fewer teams than normal have released their new kits. I know a few of the lower league teams that have also put out a communication that kits have been delayed because of x y and z.

It just makes sense doesn't it. Also on the website, where is the Nike swoosh?

Normally, we would have a new kit by now. Something is happening.

I thought we signed a new deal years ago that expired in 2024 and the club has already confirmed the hyper-turq kit as 3rd? We're always abysmal at releasing our kits in time for fans to buy ahead of the season with one or two notable exceptions.

Scroll to the bottom. It's there.

So why not on the shirt?

If anyone can find anything about our kit deal with Nike being extended beyond this year, that would be great. I haven't found anything.

Also, no shirts are in stock for most sizes, although not unusual for some kits, it doesn't make sense for all of them at the same time.
