In other kit related news, man of the people and not of course a CJTC Mike Ashley has obtained an injunction to prevent Rangers from selling their new kits, as he claims his Sports Direct have pre-emption rights on retail distribution.

Brilliant sponsor.

Would dearly love the Albion to have a sponsor as cool as that, once again. (whilst fully accepting the financial and 'brand' factors, that mean it is never, ever going to happen)

And the name of their stadium. Very cool.

The shirt on the right looks as if it’s been taken from some provincial bus seat.

And so much branding it will dazzle the opposition defence - good ploy. But as a kit, what an eye sore! All 3 of em.

Home and away are throwback designs to the shirts they wore when they got promoted to Division 2 back in ‘38/39.

Villa kits easily the best looking so far, and they’re not even done by a sports company but by a chavvy polo shirt company.

All about opinions of course, but maybe therein lies a point. When you consider the importance of this industry to clubs financially, the main manufacturers are way out of touch with what many people like, or more likely they are simply squeezing the most massive amount of profit out of doing as little as possible with regards effort. I know that’s what business is about, it’s sad from a customer point of view that they keep getting away with it.

guess who the only Premier League team yet to announce this years kits is ........ ?????

Saving the best till last?

It does seem a bit silly to miss out on sales to the folk that want the top to take on their holidays etc. It will still sell by the bucket load I guess but has anyone ever asked why we release the kit so late?
