QPR's new Nike kit is very simple and strong. I'd be happy with a blue and white version of the away kit.

So, interestingly, if Premier League QPR are being served up cheap teamwear shite, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that our home kit will be this one:

I honestly don't get this obsession with wanting something special.. Plain blue and white stripes will do me nicely.

Ah ok. Didn't know that. I take it back!

No that's ok. It was not in those words but it was put that way. I also remember him saying that it is a design that the fans would approve of. This is though "Barber" speak.

Personally I would love a Nike version of that old Bukta kit. Not that it would happen

I'd be suprised if we have anything different, despite what Barber said about it being unique, the unique bits will probably be the Brighton Badge and Amex Iron on logo.

And after all those years of complaining about having a plain back, people wanting stripes front and rear, and now here we go, reverting to a dirty great white panel on the back.

And it's going to cost upwards of £45, when you can order one from Kit King for £15 notes. I have a bundle of (professional) iron on Albion badge transfers, cost about 50p each, job done.

Do you know, the only thing I can't see is us having a black Nike swoosh. I'd imagine it would be yellow or white. But I guess we'll have to wait and see. If either kit is the same as above though, I'm hunting down some of those badges and making myself a sponsor free edition!

I thought you didn't like iron-on badges?

I don't mind them, insomuch as I've never had a problem with them peeling off after repeated use or washing. When we've had them with Errea in recent years it's been because that is the way the industry has moved on, and now, whether bespoke or template, 99% of kits have them. My dislike of them in this instance is that they are being ironed onto a £15 template teamwear shirt, and they'll then charge the customers £30+ for the privilege.
