Oh it looks great. What are those new buildings built into the ground on the left though??

I cant beleive its really going to get built, am I dreaming?

Have the club been clever leaving the corners blank ? surely surely they CAN be filled in if ever required.

And what IS that underground to the left?

dick knights bunker

actually looking at the picture again, are the people at the front and side Giants, or is the perspective a bit wrong....either that or the ground is buried by 100 feet+

MARVELLOUS SCENES :albion2::yahoo::albion2:

probably wrong, but i do recall that the pitch is to be sunken to help get the over all height down.

Theres still quite a gap between the pitch and the stands though

Great picture, I am guessing that the tunnel from the stand on the left leads to restaurants for corporate hospitality, or something like that. If that is true then it is far better than having people sat in the stand rather than in glass boxes, at least they can then savour and contribute to the atmosphere. The pitch must be sunken, compare the size of the players to the people stood under the glass tunnel (their postions are relatively the same), either that or it is subbuteo being played. Agree with the comments about the corners, maybe this is part of a cunning plan to sneek in extra seats or allow expansion to a 30k stadium if we ever need it.

The future is Falmer, the future Brighton.

It looks wicked. And the small stand at the top end of the ground (and perhaps the open corners) both seem to point to future expansion.

Hopefully gates as crap as 4,700 will soon be a thing of the past and our "natural" home will be the Championship

Looks great and it will totally transform the club, no doubt.

But cant help thinking that it still seems such a far away dream !!

Is everything still on course ??

what is the view from the hotel window? which was is it facing?
a nice view of the A27 and rail track, or of the university? or of the muddy field next door? or of the tranquil setting of a nice village with a magnificent centre piece of a duck pond and church yard?

I have worked out what the structure is on the left-hand side.

It is a weekend retreat for the Teletubbies.
