Everytime they talk about the 'next generation' on TV they all say that they are treated like superstars before they even get anywhere near the first team! They should go back to cleaning boots, changing rooms, even washing the first teamers cars. They need to keep their feet firmly on the ground so they want to work harder to make it into the first team.
