Fantastic win for the Vitality Roses against a tough and extremely physical Ugandan outfit, atmosphere was absolutely electric although disappointing to hear in social media of minor skirmishes between the two sets of supporters on the streets of Liverpool after the game.

Aussies looked ominously good in their hammering of an upwardly mobile Northern Ireland, big one tomorrow between England and Scotland.

The Vitality Roses are out.

:nono:

Tracey Neville hangs up her coaching leotard in years after an agonising 47-45 defeat to MZ in this afternoons semi final played in a raucous and electric atmosphere in Liverpool. Sad to hear a few England fans jeering Neville after the game again, don’t know if it’s the Manchester connection but it’s simply not on.

56 years of hurt in this competition goes on for the success starved Netball fans, absolutely heartbroken for them.

Starting to see a connection with ladies sport, hire a Neville if you want to make it to a semi and FAIL !

I suspect that England ladies Cricket have a Neville somewhere in the backroom staff too !

Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..
Australia always win it. England always gets third or fourth.

Will there have been any international tournament that the UK won't have hosted, apart from the World Cup, in the previous ten years come the end of 2020 ?
We only win tournaments when they are held here. Never abroad.

Do the bookies even take bets on the netball? Australia usually win, NZ runners up, Eng and SA out in the semis. On a par with rugby league for predictability.
