No matter how much people hate him got to say he seems to doing a really good job at Rotherham , looked odds on for relegation before he arrived but recently beat Brentford, won at Sheff Weds, beat Boro , drew with Derby from 3-0 down, won today at Ipswich. Even getting Leon Best scoring goals too ! What has he got that makes him such a good manager at this level ?

Everyone in the know, know's his real name is: Neil Warlock, and he resides deep within the heart of Firetop Mountain.

And today he did vanquish his enemy, as he smote his ruin upon the blooded turf of Portman Road.

Now turn to page 332.

His northern mannerism seems to have pissed many southerners off down the years and obviously Notts County didn't help all them years ago. But to be fair to Colin, he has rarely let a club down.

He's a dinosaur. Fine for keeping a side up like Slade did with us but don't expect Rotherham to be top half next season.

Dinosaur and firefighter? Ffs, this is a bloke with loads of promotions under his belt, including little Notts County where he had them playing great stuff.

He's not a Dinosaur or a firefighter.

I actually quite like him and, though many try, it's very difficult to describe him as anything other than a very accomplished manager.

I hope he keeps them up...at Milton Keynes expense.

Surely people don't really hate him? He's obviously doing something right:

He thrives particularly well in an environment where he can create a siege mentality - "no-one likes us, we don't care". In Rotherham's case, they are arguably the most unfashionable club in the division and they were as good as down when he arrived. He's instilled a bit of fire into the players and all of a sudden, they are all playing for him.

When Leon Best starts knocking in a few goals, you know the manager has got something going.
