When you say it goes

dee deeee dee deeeee dee dee dee de dee

de dum de dum dum dum dum dum

is that exactly, or is there an extra dee in there. It makes all the difference.

Right what key was it in, Major or a Minor scale? What period was it from? The classical period? The baroque period?!? The romantic period? Come on man!

I suggest Greig Piano concerto in A minor.

The closest I can come up with on the basis of representing the tune in onmatopaiea (?) is Ravel's Bolero to which Torvill and Dean iced danced their way Olympic gold at the 1984 Winter Olympics. Ravel was French.

Theme to Hunt for Red October?

Thanks for helping people.

This is VERY VERY close to it.

The way these guys start tosing is sort of correct. But they need to end with some more 'dee dee dums'.

In this track they go...

"sa loo so ta"

but in the tune i want they should go....

"so loo so ta,dee dee dum de do"

In the contect of how i heard it....

Well i heard it ages ago i forget where maybe just on a CD, then last night i was in a conversation with someone and he started to hum it, and i said "oh, i love that what is it" and he said he didn't know but just thought it was from a film.

Hope that helps and thanks for your help.
