First of all thanks to [MENTION=15348]CAPTAIN GREALISH[/MENTION] and [MENTION=259]Jack Straw[/MENTION] for getting back to me. I went to the property with Jack and after a coffee and his input have now switched to the idea of having the area redecked with hardwood and a few other remedial changes to prevent/mitigate the issues I have experienced.

So, are there any Brighton based decking types who can work on this asap-is and want to provide a quote? I have the details of a local company but thought I'd ask in case there is someone on here who can help.

This is probably more than a 5 minute job.
