I've got an Ooni pizza oven - so 24 hour proven using my sourdough starter. Then perhaps keep it simple with a bit of good quality pepperoni and some nduja.

Heard that on the radio earlier today so am just about to start mixing the dough for proving.

We'll each do our own toppings, Mrs Wz Pepperoni, peppers and Chilli, Ms Wz artichoke, olives, sweetcorn, capers and I'll have spinach and pancetta with an egg in the middle.

Surprisingly I had pizza for breakfast today... not the fancy kind though, just some freeze pizza.

Like most people in this country my favorite used to be kebab pizza, however I am vegetarian these days and generally just go for very simple pizzas with just one or two toppings, like jalapenos (or feta cheese if I dont want to spend the next day on the toilet) and pepper or other very basic stuff.

Love pizza, can't eat dairy, don't eat meat. Thankfully theirs been growth in vegan foods recently so can have some good options. Goodfella's do a lovely spicy falafel one.

wow, thats the most amazing, good and bad, food ive seen since a scottish munchie box. one crucial problem though, pizza topping up means mucky fingers.

I like a Florentine pizza (vegetarian with Spinach, olives and an egg in the middle) BUT I get them to add pepperoni - happy days.

I also used to like a Pizza hut Super Supreme - it had everything in perfect balance. they dont do it anymore and if you add extras to a supreme it costs a million pounds.

cheap supermarket ones are shit.

Pappa johns is shit

home made ones take forever, make a mess of your kitchen and are shit.

Sainsburys hot counter ones were cheap and good but the pandemic killed that off. heating them at home is not the same.
