Where's the opion for all of them?

I voted Pathia as it's amazing when done properly. Other than that I love a good Dansak with the lentils, Ceylon is very nice if you like coconut, but I love all the run of the mill stuff like Bhuna, Jalfrezi, Dupiaza, Curry, Madras, Vindaloo.

There's some proper good ones to try at Blue India in Haywards Heath. Goan red Curry is proper nice, and they do a really good duck one as well.

What about a poll for side dishes - I vote Saag Paneer

this is where we find out who the real MEN are :)

for me, it depends on where abouts in the country i am

down here, i will get a DHANSAK as quite a few places in hove do a MEAN one.......when i lived up north the dhansaks were f***ing shit, so i tended to alternate a bit more. Korai and Chana were particular favourites in newcastle

I had to choose a few because it all depends what I feel like at the time. I tend to opt for the mid level curries that have a bit of a kick but don't set your mouth on fire. I did get caught out with a Jalfrazi a few months ago where they clearly get their measurements wrong and I thought my head was going to explode.

I had a Persian Chicken Biryani on Saturday night and as far as I could work out Persian means it comes served with an egg on the top, is this normal?
