Would hope he still has a large part to play in day to day training as his match day contribution has gone down since calderwood turned up.

So we have Hughton - nice, thoughtful, organised, experienced.
Calderwood - sounding board? Dour Scotsman? More of the same?
Jones - passionate, enthusiastic, ambitious, creative thinker.

I wish we could have a bit more Jones.
