I find this stuff mind-boggling....dropping the bloody thing, softly, in the spot they planned, in one piece and functioning. Isn't science brilliant ?

The nasa coverage is so cheesy it’s marvellous.

The eyes.nasa.gov tracking app was really good too.

Yes but I think this one is kitted out to look specifically for signs of ancient life or"bio-signatures" as NASA called them.
It got better cameras too and a microphone apparently so I can't wait to hear what Mars sounds like.
