Bugger.

Sorry trigger beaten by two 20-1 shots and a 40-1 shot.

I'm gonna have to start backing long shots to have any hope of a repectable position.

So that's a 7-4 winer for Raphael Meeda in the 3.10, and my luck continues with a 13-2 winner in the 3.30 at Plumpton. :drink:

I think that all others selections were losers (Ernest had a 9/1 3rd and Bozza a 6/1 2nd) with just OAPDodge's Idiome to run in the 4.30 at Plumpton.

Nail-Z-Gull - I am away for the next 4 days. Please can you make my nap Tony McCoy's first ride of the day, wherever and whatever it is. Thanks
Tony McCoy suffered a suspected fractured cheekbone as he endured a day he will want to forget at Plumpton.

Having arrived at the course with high hopes of success from his six fancied rides, he endured two bone-crunching falls, the second of which left him with a trip to hospital after he was kicked in the face.

Having already hit the deck when falling from Tanterari in the Whippers Delight Novices' Chase, he suffered the same fate when Polar Red crashed out at the second fence in the Tyser Insurance Ltd Novices' Chase.

After being seen by racecourse medical officer Lucy Free, he was sent to the nearby Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath for X-rays.

"He has just left for X-rays on what I would suspect is a fractured left cheekbone," said Free.

McCoy was already due to sit out the action on Tuesday with a one-day suspension for a whip offence picked up at Hereford earlier in the month.

How soon he can return will depend on the seriousness of the suspected fracture, with the potential for a lay-off of just days or much longer.
