The Napolitan major has decided to close down one of the major throughways for cars.
The former 6 lanes road that separated the city from its potentially beautiful waterfront is now the territorium of pedestrians and cyclists!
I reckon this could work on the Kings Road in Brighton turning it into a car free waterfront and making it a meeting place, a promenade to stroll, a place to take your bicycle and enjoy, and a place where many events could be organised.
