In which case they need to remove the rather large chip from their shoulder.

It may be that if you're black and the victim of racism on a regular or even infrequent basis then you become more sensitive and what to your white ears sounds petty or inoffensive is to theirs the underlying rumble of racism.

So when she's summonsd to court to testify as a key witness in a case about blood diamonds, she turns up late, sits down and declares to the judge "I want to get this over and done with … this is a big inconvenience for me."

Yet she's seemingly got plenty of time "explore all options available" when it comes to sueing Cadburys for an innocuous ad.

Precious pampered slut.

Because of all the diva's in the world they picked a brown skinned one for a chocolate ad and my guess is that some black people (not just Naomi)don't like that association. At the very least it calls into question Cadbury's ad agency if there was no-one there who thought some people might find it a tad insensitive.

Not that I think this ad is in least bit offensive or racist ... if you ever watch scrubs, JD constantly calls Turk "chocolate bear" and Turk calls him "vanilla bear" (and they sometimes talk about an Mexican ex-schoolmate as "Caramel bear"), so are either being racist or none, I've never heard any complaints about it.

I've actually been called a 'milky bar' by a black kid on a train when I asked him to use his headphones. He called me other things as well but it was 'milky bar' that stood out for me. I found it funny.

Does that make you a "white chocolate biscuit" ?

Yes but the question was "is this racist" not is "Naomi Campbell a loveable lass".

She's declared it as being "racist", but her previous actions have proved her to be completely detatched from reality and an ignoramous, so who gives a shit what she thinks. She spends her life surrounded by sycophants who fall at her feet telling her how fabulous she is, so any perceived slight in that vaccuous little Gucci-sponsored brain of hers obviously sends her straight to Defcon 3.

She's got the genetic coding of a cauliflower. Stick to platform heels and catwalks love, while you still can. Misdirected moral crusades against perceived racism will only serve to confuse, it'll all turn into another big inconvenience.

Nor was the question "does Naomi Campbell think this is racist".

Of all the names Kraft could have chosen in the world they picked one which is linked to someone who has previously been through the courts due to a chocolate based reference and is known to be sensitive to such things. I find it very hard to believe that Kraft are innocent and did not know what they were entering into ie whipping up a race based controversy.

But she has called herself Black in her statement. I'm white, proud of my heritage coming from Scotland, the banter that I have taken over the years, if I wanted to I could have ended many careers. But it's banter, so I think these little sensitive souls like Naomi (freeloader) Campbell should think before they spout their silly comments. If you have ever heard her being interviewed you'd know theres not much grey matter between her ears. This clearly has been driven by a legal practice who from now on should be named and shamed

But surely the word "chocolate" belongs to us all. She doesn't have a patent on it....or does she ?

I take quite an exception at being called a sweaty, honky, etc.............not. Stop being so sensitive Ms Campbell. I would love to see the results of an interrogation into your business accounts. Now that would be interesting

This is not the point I am making. I'll make it again, but more direct: In my opinion Kraft did something they knew would provoke a racial controversy. Whether the ad is racist, or Naomi over sensitive is irrelevant, Kraft knew they would provoke this reaction.

You do not always have to judge things by the act, sometimes you judge them by the reaction.
