Probably Czech. This country is know for terrible customer service.

Wherever she's from, she's lost our business. All of us agreed she was a complete shambles. However it may seem, it takes quite a bit to actually annoy me when it comes to customer service. I don't care when people don't know what they're doing, if they're reasonable about it. But if you're just being a prick because you're a prick, that's poor.

If he goes elsewhere it defeats the object of the thread. He needs to tell them how rude they are and report them to a head office if there is one.

So presumably you missed this reply to that post? As for reporting to head office, I may sound like a miserable and moaning old man but I'm not prepared to go the whole way just yet!

Do you know the area? If you're in need of a beverage and you're about to ascend the Avenue, you can either get a drink from those people or wait another 10 minutes roughly for your next opportunity.

Went for a ruby in Ashoka last night. Food was great; service was just awful. Never going there again.
