No shit sherlock. The clue was 'Figo comes from this country'. Madeira is NOT Portugal [though it is a Portuguese protectorate]. Figo is not from Madeira. The answer is not Maritimo.

But Kev said 'Figo comes from this COUNTRY'. Madeira is Portugese, so is Figo, therefore it COULD be Maritimo. So stop trying to be pedantic.

Even still, as Kev has also said it's not them anyway
