Does it matter? Who apart from politicians speak about any government doing a good job while it’s in progress? If things are going well, people are quietly enjoying their lives. If things are going badly, they have reason to speak out.

Right now things are going badly and I don’t care what any “celebrity” says either way on the subject. I won’t care either when things are fine and dandy again.

Actually that's an interesting question - it is rare to find anyone who thinks they are doing or have done a good job. Even our right wingers on here only really seem to support the aims of the Tories - very few claim that they are doing the job well. Even the government themselves are by default admitting that they've done a piss poor job over the past few years by pledging to fix the mess they themselves have created. Loads of loonies think the government aren't right wing enough whilst most normal people think they are a pretty vile, incompetent nasty bunch of cretins.

I find it amusing that because nobody can name a celebrity who currently declares support for the government, this means that it doesn't matter what celebrities think....

And yet (some of) the very same people who declare that it doesn't matter what celebrities think are screaming to have Lineker cancelled.
