Really? That sort of comment precedes a fall...if van gall goes and the Manu lad is recalled, we will end up with no strikers at all apart from Zamora and one who can't hit a cows arse with a banjo.

I thought we should have gone for him when he was scoring goals for fun for Bradford. Still, I suppose it would have taken big wages, as he won't have had to move home by going to Huddersfield. He would have fitted the nippy striker position well, in addition to being able to play on either side of a central striker. I'm surprised Oscar didn't enquire - we ended up with one or two right duffers.
