Congratulations! A lovely place to get married.

A wedding party turned up on a boat at Pallas Beach earlier. Is that you guys?

Lindos is quite the place to eat and drink. I don’t think I’ve ever visited a place with such a high density of restaurants and bars.
Yes fantastic choice. Highly recommend dionysys and timis place to eat (but make sure you book). Fantastic views of the acropolis from the top floor 👍. Also the captains house for a beer or a coffee and a chat about footy with the owner 🙂

Bit of nerdy ” bore the crap out of people” info

Lyndos acropolis was “ rebuilt” by the Italians when they invaded the island and set the columns and steps in concrete to make them aesthetically pleasing to the eye should Mussolini visit and see what a great job the Italian archeological society was.

this was a abomination to the locals and to this day they hate the Italians with a passion.

this story was related to me when we visited a few years ago and I was trying to translate some of the Greek writing on the columns just strewn about and this local archaeologist stopped next to me and asked me what I was doing. We had had a lovely chat and beer in a local bar afterwards

the carving of the Greek Birieme is glorious.

No we were the wedding party leaving by boat at the same time that the groom for the next wedding arrived by boat. Must have been around 5pm.
Then had a boat tour including Navarone Bay - and was amazed how many young uns had not heard of 'The Guns of Navarone'.

Wow, congratulations and expect to see some Albion related pics from the wedding???
I'm afraid there are none. A bit difficult when only our family are Albion fans and not living anywhere near Brighton. He married a Barnsley lass.
Now his first wedding some 16 years was different. The reception had tables named after Brighton players and I was on Johnny Crumplin,FG table. Also the cake had blue stripes. Still no photos now though, as not always a good memory.

Wandering around Funchal a few weeks ago the football tatt shops now have a huge selection of all things Brighton and Hove Albion,I can't remember seeing anything on sale the last time I was there 4 years ago,not even a half and half Cuckoo clock.
I'm not aware of any fishing rods on sale at the club shop but you can certainly buy a 3 piece 16ft Bolognese type Brighton stripes one in Madeira.
Exciting times 🐟🐟🐟🐟

Might as well post to the thread that I started!
Hotel Janna e Sole, Budoni, Sardinia
And there’s an Albion top on the table opposite me, so I best introduce myself!

I have 2 and they are in daily use and very efficient. Has anyone compiled a list of fan freebies and when did they start. I recall thick bath towel, phone charging cable and power band and the snood. :)

Are they technically freebies if you have to pay fifteen quid for a 'Welcome Pack'? Asking for a friend

Annoyed I’ve never bought one today. In Costa Teguise on Lanzarote at the moment and the sunbed behind us has an Everton towel on it, and there’s a Man U one 2 sunbeds along. Bugger. I’ll have to rely on them spotting my Albion tattoo 😂
