This explains why there was a queue on the phone to Supporters' Services this morning - a bit like old times.
My reason for ringing, when I normally get through first time, was to get on the 'dupes list' for my undelivered City ticket tomorrow. (I tend to be on it once or twice a season, but it is a lot better than a few years ago).

This would make sense. Also I'd like to point out this isn't the club's fault but the fault of the filtering done by those email providers. Not much the club can do about that.

Plenty the club can do, why dont you think other organisations emails dont get filtered by their systems?

All fixed from emailing the club this morning.
MyAlbion account now linked to my ticket account. Apparently my email (hotmail) addresses didn't match...they definitely did!

Emails which are encrypted by Outlook are often rejected by BTinternet email address and BT won't do anything to sort it out so maybe there isn't plenty the club can do

The club (or their IT partner in this) are using Sendgrid to transmit these emails. You'll see if you search for terms like Sendgrid yahoo email delivery that plenty has been written about this over a number of years and preventive steps are possible. In fact, I have a vague recollection we've had this same discussion on here before about this.

Regardless, the club (or their IT partner) got it sorted for those impacted within 24 hours, which is good going.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, sorted mine yesterday in a couple of minutes.

Oh I can help you on that one. Those of us on Sky/yahoo email didn't get the confirmation email. A quick email to Jenny at support services quickly sorted that out.

25 hours later and still waiting for the email. Checked spam etc., requested resend several times and it always says 'success - email sent'. I've got news for you - it bl***y well hasn't!

Just been in the shop to get Newcastle tickets, the problem is with Yahoo/Sky email accounts.

Yep, still not arrived in my Sky email account.

Jnr got his instantly, to his gmail address, but now can't confirm it :facepalm:

Thanks to those who revealed emails going to trash. I have now found my email and done the needful.

Translation, the club did send me an email for me to confirm my account but it had gone to trash, as suggested by others on this thread. I have now rectified the problem.

All done but now it won't allow me to view any video footage on the site, when I was able to do a few days ago. Do I need to pay for this?
