I paid £25 for Mini to be a mascot at the Rotherham v Brighton game when we won 1-0.

The club were furious with me as I had paid, did it as a feel good thing as he had broken his leg at the start of the year playing football. I asked the club for a free kit as we were playing in yellow and they helpfully advised no ! Still he has a great photo of him and Dean Hammond and nice medal to commemorate the great event and Rotherham were helpful as opposed to BHAFC.

I would point things have moved on commercially at BHAFC and I doubt they would that unhelpful now.

Just looked at the photo with referees etc and because he was 12 and the lino a midget for some reason the placed him in front of lino who is obscure and he is nearly as tall as captain Oatway

Not sure who is more excited, me or him. Has anybody else's child been mascot before? and what can i expect?

Cannot bloody wait :lolol:

My eldest son was mascot for the Brighton v Crystal Palace game....april 1984.....we won 3 - 1.

Great experience.....giant Easter Egg from Jimmy Case for my son......and he also got a commemorative plaque from Ron Greenwood, who I think was England manager at the time.

My son has been a STH since......and his son is a STH holder too.

Great day! Did anyone notice my son being mascot? He ran over to the away support and kissed his badge and clapped. Got to love him!!

Ha. You should be proud! Looked like a proper pro applauding the fans with his hands above his head. Sign him up.

Cheers mate. He loves his celebrations, he scored a penalty at one point, and ran across the Homesdale with his fingers to his lips. Ha ha.
