I'll be pissed off if it's Stacey or anyone close to her with mental issues as it's such a stigma in society and this sort of thing doesn't help matters.

It's Sean. Stacey has secretly been in touch with him. He showed up at Christmas to see her. She told him, he did him in and then legged it. He will briefly appear tonight and then off again as he doesn't want to return to the show just yet.

Remember he also had a key at the vic for a while hence why that is swapped with Janine's. He was also particularly good at breaking into people's houses.
