Hither (sometimes Thither)
Ok ok so i have only seen him 3 times, but The Hawk gets on my nerves as a centreback and i find him rather unreliable. I am sure he was weakened by man-flu and his injury-laden history interferes reminiscently with his body's strenuous workings, but of the two centre-halves i see The Elf amending his errors when he can (which is often), but when The Elf makes the odd balls-up then The Hawk hasn't the pace or moveability to repair in kind.
I really like The Elf. Some utter class at times and seemingly heroic in others. Of course a senior figure as his partner will help him along the way, but i am thinking The Hawk is not the one for the job. His reading of the bouncing ball is utter cock.

Then you have to question why he's playing. It's seems with Virgo and Hawkins that if they are even half fit they will play, it doesn't work.

That's my thought. We need to start every match with a fully fit starting 11 even if they aren't technically the best 11 we have. Surely this is commen sense?
MA, bollocks with the favorites crap, let's put out a fit team of players plating in thier positions where everyone knows what they are doing. The headless chicken thing is not working.
