Is the cutlery as plastic as the customers that are staying away?
Is this place advertised as Michelin-Star Ready? That is bound to confuse/annoy/irritate 'customers'.
I heard the place started going downhill when there was a rumour the first chef shat on the kitchen floor.
My brother, who is a stubborn man, owns a restaurant but it is going downhill fast and I don't know how to help him.
If it's been a restaurant that you have loved for years and years I'd just give them a chance whilst they sort things out. Wait till the new January menu comes out . Maybe the chef will have his own menu then, so if that fails then it's Burger King here we come.
Didn't they say that about Septembers menu so im not convinced.

DFM got it eventually though it took him a while. It did not stop him being 'amazed' though.I thought the analogy was clear right from the start, especially the name of the 'restaurant'.
