Don't say a word.

Assuming you have a 'banter' relationship, he'll be ready for you, and expecting grief.

Just walk in, say good morning and go about your day.

Within the hour he'll be fit to explode and will bring it up, just to get it over and done with.

I would just walk around with a sly grin on my face but not say a word. This will wind him right up. He will explode at some point during the day.

Once he calms down you could always ask him if he will be downsizing his caravan if business is a tad slow :)

I work with a with a big Palarse fan and to tomorrow I'm going in early to de-face his work top.
- Brighton Shirt on his office chair
- Brighton scarf over his computer screen.
- Print outs of all three goals sellpated over his work table.
- One message across his computer screen...any messages...
