Great today, looked lost when he came on against Norwich

Yes, he's a riddle wrapped in an enigma.

Barely looked a footballer against Getafe but was being played at RWB and his first game for us so hardly surprising. Looked world class away to Liverpool. Clueless against Norwich. Great today. Sometimes his decision making makes the "Computer" nickname look inadequate (on those days maybe a SUPER COMPUTER) and sometimes he looks completely lost. Perhaps, like Maupay, he needs to do things instinctively and gets worse the more he thinks about it.

However, like many of our game changers he's perma injured or injury affected. Imagine if we had a fully fit Danny Welbeck, Adam Lallana, Lamptey, Webster and Mwepu. But that would make us a Top Ten budget side as well as a Top Ten aspirational side.
