Doesn't fit enough for me.

RATM makes me want to dismantle the current system, the songs I post make me want to punch a hole through the wall out of anger/depression.

I'm currently listening to this trilogy of songs so that I can both want to punch a hole through the wall and cry out of depression.

Go with both, as I hopefully won't be the only one reading the thread.

Personally I'd like to get rid of the anger, but I don't think that can be done by calming down, I think I need to be angry with others (possibly musically) until I'm done with being angry.
