I'm considering EOTR too- line-up looks pretty good... What did you think of last night's gig, btw?

Enjoyed it but think the crowd were quiet compared to Krankenhaus evenings. Guess that's down to the difference between a Monday and Friday night. Musically very tight and the new songs are growing on me- the film back drop and lighting were pretty effective. Loved Hamilton arriving on horseback- was expecting a polar bear at some point. Encore pretty restrained for bsp standards. Nothing compares to the two headlines they did at The Old Market around 2005 though. They were pretty special and will stay with me forever. I got bored with the support around song two and we headed for the Conqueror at that point where they had ran out of ale as had the market!! What was your opinion?

Those gigs were 2003 - remember them well! I recorded a very good bootleg of one of them, which you can have a copy of if you like.

Loved the first set last night, and overall thought the selection of songs was excellent - but there just seemed to be something missing somehow - definitely less of an edge than the Krankenhaus nights...

They were totally shit that day. This was the highlight of one of my mates weekend .They had a long set by festival standards. They came on and I waited 45 minutes for something to happen and they went off .Never heard a peep out of the mate afterwards , he was so gutted. I had seen them before supporting Marilyn Manson at Brixton , so I knew on their day that could be awesome . At Sonisphere , they just did not even create a wimper , just a sad morose background noise. Shame really.

I saw them at Oxegen on the same tour and they were spectacular. Guess it must have been an off day?

Part of it is the subjectivity of live music though. I've been to some gigs and enthused afterwards whilst my friends roll their eyes.

Beautiful Days down in Devon. One if the most laid back festivals going and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for a weekend ticket.

I'm stewarding at Glastonbury this year, should be good fun! I was part of the "Beer hand out team" at Reading last year, giving people that disgusting piss Skol! A free ticket to the biggest and best festival this year though, can't really complain!

Optimus Alive in Lisbon for me. Cheap and Death from above 1979 on the line up.

Although I still stand by the fact that Roskilde is by far the best festival out there.

Would love copy of Bootleg thanks Kevo.

Going Glastonbury for the first time. Excited.

You should be. It's awesome. It's pretty much all I ever want and need in life wrapped up in a single place and in a single week.
