Be great to see Knocky running down the wing and cutting it back for Glenn to bundle home again. Cue CH losing it as he celebrates on the sidelines.

It's unbelievably cruel to be spending possibly your last season as a pro footballer at a club that doesn't want you. If I were Glenn with all the money he must have in the bank, I'd take the risk of terminating my contract, which I'm sure would be by mutually agreeable, and hopefully find a club to get a few games before the end of the season.

Looks like he’s signing permanently for forest

If so....CH is turning into the new Micky Adams, moving from club to club and singing the same players....Carpenter, Watson, others...it works when you and the players are on their way up but I can't see the Forest faithful happy that CH is taking on our cast-offs.

So that'll make escape artist, Colin Calderwood fit enough to clean ex Albion boots :)

I’d expect Duffy to be off there in the summer too so I guess you’re right

Why ?

Those short term methods worked at Brighton when he inherited a shit Squad in an effort to keep them up and then he kicked on the following season by overhauling the Squad in his first summer Transfer window.

Those two " Cast Off's " as you now seem to refer to them are two of the Biggest Reasons Brighton made it to the PL.

They may not be what Brighton need now but they were what Brighton needed when they were in the position that Forest find themselves in now.

The relevance is the bit about it working when they're on the way up. When in decline it rarely pays off. Whilst Glen doesn't strictly fall into the decline tab he's 37 and hasn't played much. They don't have the time for him to get up to speed

All the best to Glenn, feel he will get goals at that level still given playing time. And with Knocky as well I will be watching with interest
