Cant believe he has had 12 seasons with us,we owe him a lot,his replacement will have a lot to equal his record.

Interesting that he says "It deeply saddens me that I have to leave Sussex at the end of the season", rather than what he could have said - "It is with sadness that I have decided to leave Sussex/retire at the end of the season"

...or am I reading too much into his words?? :-D

He hasn't been offered a new contract for next year
