We need to establish what we're supposed to be talking about here. 'Culture' isn't necessarily race or ethnicity. If the question relates to a lack of diversity at the Amex, then ok. Multiple cultures exist across the place, from those who like to drink, those who don't, those who are affluent or cheap, those who like wearing football shirts as opposed to a three-piece suit, and those who prefer to stand instead of sit.
Culture is not specified within the Equality Act as a protected characteristic and so is not particularly relevant to the representation of minorities at Albion games; minorities as described within legislation at least.
