Of the two chances 'missed', I believe Murray was flagged offside for his first half miss and Bong's miss was irrelevant as the ref gave a free kick for a foul on the keeper.

Don't remember there being a free kick when Bong missed the chance at the far post! Are you sure it wasn't a goal kick?
