Agree most is cringy but every now and then a little gem pops out.
Here's one I recall that made me chuckle.

The two old ladies, Agnes and Winnie, are sitting in the kitchen.

Winnie: "I'm feeling quite proud of myself"
Agnes: "Oh, why's that?"
Winnie: "I finished that jigsaw puzzle and it only took me 4 months"
Agnes: "So why are you proud of that?"
Winnie: "It said 3-4 years on the box"

Not enough gems to outweigh the cringe unfortunately .....

Recycled from a David Beckham version first heard about 15 years ago.......

It is a tragic programme by any measure, but I will freely admit it did make me laugh on one occassion:

Winnie: (In a hushed voice) They say Mrs O'Flannary has the big C...
Agnes: After 11 children, is it any surprise?

Probably a recycled gag but it made me laugh.

The movie was dreadful but took £ 10 000 000 at the UK Box Office. If people like it, let them, it's a free country

As a scripted comedy, I don't care for it - however the ad-libbing that takes place and when the actors corpse does make me laugh when i've seen it.

Not my cup of tea but we all have different tastes. I love Python but many including my wife just don't get it.

Dreadful it is imo but I remain to be convinced that it is worse than anything Ben Elton has produced in the last twenty years, especially 'The Upstart Crow', David Mitchell really will do anything for money.

I'm sure that if public hangings were brought back plenty of people would go and watch them.

I'm also sure that there would be a large correlation between those attending, those who like Mrs Brown's Boys and those who voted for Brexit.

Just because something is popular it doesn't mean it should exist.

Among all the people I know, both Brexiteers and remains, there is only one who likes and watches the ghastly shite that is MBB - and they voted remain. I realise that doesn't prove anything - relatively small sample and all that - but neither does your assumption that people who like three random things that you don't like are the same group of people in each instance. Assuredly that is not the case.

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist that tasty morsel. [emoji476]

It was a joke obviously, but the point is valid.

Just because lots of people think something is entertaining it doesn't mean it should be allowed.
