That depends at what point last year you're talking about. If you mean compared to the squad that finished the season, I would say that we are stronger, but if you mean the team that had LuaLua, Murray and Bennett in (around September), I would say we are weaker now.

Once we sign a top striker, however, we will move to another level...

Was thinking this myself earlier. Key player transfers:

In: Bucko, Hoskins, Lua Lua

It does. Thank you. Although, I think Gus said at the time that Hoskins was not a Murray replacement.

Definitely weaker. The 2 best players from last year replaced by one player whose team was relegated to Div 2 and one who didnt cut in last time in the Championship. Even LL isn't experienced at Championship level - looking good in the 1st Div is totally different.
