Do the no car parking rules apply to bikes too?

Motorbikes can be parked safely near to where the coaches are parked

On another note, what are the rules regarding motorbike parking in town centres?

Can we park on pavements next to regular parking spaces?

I always see people parked outside 'The Gym' on the pavement and wonder why they don't get tickets.
