Something to do with Falmer no doubt, another false dawn or a horrendous LDC announcement

surely then it would be "at 16.18"?

Not on the NSC clock, it tends to lose track of time

The times on the older threads are wrong as the database moved to a server in a different time zone. I think you need to add about 7 hours to all times prior to the move.

'By re-opening the Public Inquiry, Prescott is guaranteeing that he can’t be challenged on the “alternative site” issue. He can give a final YES by the autumn – and the NIMBYs won’t be able to challenge it.

If he said YES today, Falmer Parish Council (and possibly Lewes District Council as well) would certainly challenge it. We’d be hanging on for a year before we could make any further progress.'

I stand by that.

What we NEVER anticipated was that the ODPM civil servants would cock up the decision letter with a stupid technical error and open the door to a legal challenge that the 2004 decision was intended to make impossible.
