I’m gonna have to dust this off and give it another listen. Perhaps it was just personal events that meant I didn’t give it enough attention. As I’ve said I really loved the Albums either side of this one.
The first half of the album is a little more challenging shall we say? I'm not sold on it myself really, but the second half definitely saves it.

It's Nude.

Generally not that popular but it is musically superb. Beautifully edgy and uncomfortable.
Nude is an amazing song. While I don't think it's particularly underrated - it is number 7 in the guardian article fro example - your post allows me to not only post the In rainbows version

but also this utterly brilliant earlier version(which I think is from the ok computer sessions or not long after - i mean it says oknotok in the title so it should be a solid guess!).

That's a hell of a play list.

However in the loose interests of the idea of underrated I thought I'd see how many of them don't appear in any of the articles I linked to in the opening post.

The following songs are not deemed good enough to make the guardian top 40, Rolling stone's fan voted top 10 or the Americansongwriter top 20:

Climbing up the walls
Lotus flower
Present tense
Bullet proof...
All i need
Thinking about you
Staircase
Banana co
Fog
Full stop
Electioneering
Bones

The rest either appear in one or two of the articles or in the case of "How to disappear completely' in all three.

Everything in its right place, Let down, There there, Reckoner and How to disappear are all in the top ten fan vote.

How to disappear completely is a masterpiece of a song on what I think is otherwise a fairly weak album by their standards (Kid A). How it builds up, his voice, genius. Sends shivers down my spine every time. Definitely underrated.

Other honourable mentions for Lucky and Where I end and you begin. Overshadowed by other songs on their albums but brilliant nonetheless.

Creep. Nobody has actually listened to any others. They just talk about Radiohead in a sniffy, superior, my taste in music is better than yours sort of way...

Damn, I never criticise other people's personal taste in music and just got forced into it. Damn and blast! Damn!

I've always loved Killer Cars. Also Black Star but not sure if that is underrated really.
Killer cars … great call, a superb early track 🎸

My brother spent ages listening to it and You never wash up after yourself … which is also a classic ‘head b-side…
