The team eventually got pegged back when Argie McJocko seemed to run out of steam.

Not seen anything from his two starts to explain why he'd hardly kicked a ball.before then.

Should be the first name on the team-sheet when fit

Why Gross gets picked ahead of him is one of life`s great mysteries.

But he needs players in front of him.He is NOT a striker or wide-man

We saw Teuchel's sour post match interview and I just wonder whether his tetchy personality is affecting the team. Klopp, by contrast, is so positive, as is Pep. When you have injuries and a flurry of games you need to remain upbeat.

I think Potter put on a tactical masterclass. We were always in the game, 18 shots, 6 on target, 8 corners, 53% posession, won 4 bookings too. Lamptey was a big threat but Moder worked hard to cover in behind, MacAllister grew into the match, Lallana good again. The workrate is excellent, especially on a 3 day turnaround.

It never ceases to amaze me how differently fans see a game, as I thought Mac Allister was brilliant tonight and worked his socks off, up to the point I do agree with, he ran out of steam and got so red I thought he was going to explode!

I think Stat was trying to be clever with words.
I read it that in the two games Ali Mac's recently started that there's no reason not to have been playing him.

It's a few things

Full backs miles up the pitch and a constant outlet
Bissouma terrific
MacAllister is a more progressive player in the midfield than Gross, a fair point
Chelsea letting us get our heads up. Tuchel got it all wrong today.

I don’t often dislike people, especially ones I have little or nothing to do with, but there’s just something about Tuchel that gets my goat - horrible, ungracious, poor man’s Fergie...

After tonight’s showing, I would be astonished, if he isn’t right at the top of Tuchel’s shopping list.

Yep, I feel the countdown clock has got even faster now.
How Townsend gave MOTM to Lukaku was very embarrassing. At times we ran the midfield and it was only when Kante came on they started to get some grip on it.

As a fan of any team to be honest. That was a cracking game, whoever had been involved.

Watched the game with my Liverpool supporting brother in law and nephews and they thought we well deserved a point plus we played better than Liverpool did last night vs Leicester.

He ran out of steam because he absolutely ran himself into the ground (for the second time in a few days)…..and agree, has to start. Potter is facing selection problems again soon :D
