I would say that they all either/and: quietly improve their players, avoid the mind and childish games of others, and rarely slag referees and blame others for setbacks.
Can't stand:
Lennon - vile, hateful, stirs trouble, paranoid, only wins because they have the biggest budget by several fold, would not cut it in a real league
Ferguson - spiteful, manipulator, bully, childish vendettas lasting years
Mourinho - eye gouging coward, hidden behind the smile and charm that woos the easily led
